The Programme is open to applicants who are within 5 years of the completion of their Ph.D. from anywhere in the world, regardless of nationality, and is not restricted to citizens of the EU. The language of the programme is English and applicants must fulfil the English language requirements as outlined in the section on Eligibility.
The Secretariat of the Steering Committee of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (EaP CSF) is accepting applications for an internship. The Intern will assist the team of the Secretariat mainly in administrative tasks.

Duration: 6 months
Candidate’s Profile
The Intern will:
- Have an understanding of the workings of the EU, bilateral and multi-lateral tracks of the Eastern Partnership, and civil society involvement in the Eastern Partnership
- Be a recent graduate of European Studies, International Relations, Public relations or other related field
- Be fluent in English and able to interact verbally and in writing with professionalism; good level of Russian is an advantage
- Be an independent, problem solver, team player
- Be flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks in a small office
Main responsibilities
- General assistance in administrative tasks
- Support of the advocacy activities of the Secretariat
- Support the organisation of EaP CSF internal and external events and meetings
- Press monitoring of developments on the Eastern Partnership in the Partner countries and Brussels
- Working on the EaP CSF membership database and mailing lists
- Liaising with members of the Forum and contacts in Brussels and EaP countries
- Participation in events related to the Eastern Partnership in Brussels and minutes taking
Selection Process

The internship is not paid, however the Secretariat will be able to reimburse the transportation expenses in Brussels.

CALL FOR FELLOWS: Supporting Independent Journalism in Eastern Partnership Countries
Student Candidates:
Third year undergraduates, masters, and doctoral exchange students
New opportunities for artists and creative professionals, as well as media professionals and students of these subjects, including those residing and working in Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries, have been published by the EU-Eastern Partnership Culture and Creativity Programme.
The Flinders International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (FIPRS) are specifically intended to support international students to undertake a research higher degree at Flinders University, the Scholarship covers international tuition fees and a stipend.
A limited number of (up to 10) FIPRS scholarships are available each year and the scholarship round is highly competitive. The FIPRS is awarded to candidates who demonstrate outstanding aptitude for independent research. The FIPRS are considered on the basis of academic merit, academic research training and research indicators and performance.
